Oliver Message the owner of TAHOO PIPES is a French artisan who has a passion for making pipes. Over the years he has experimented, trying to find the best way to experience the perfect smoke. By traveling around the world and studying the many different ways pipes are made, Mr. Message has created two unique pipes that our customers will enjoy.

On a trip to East Africa, Olivier noticed people smoking pipes with a copper-lined chamber. This appeared to be a novel way to cool down the burning tobacco and offer a smooth smoke. Mr. Message decided to incorporate this method into his PLANET pipe, and the design works magnificently well.

Mr. Message has another innovation to offer, the intriguing “CLEMENT 2.” A tall beer glass shaped pipe with a deep bowl.  The pipe features a huge calabash chamber at the bottom. The base features a glass stopper that can be removed with easy twisting and pulling. When the base is removed, the calabash chamber can be easily cleaned.

Residing in the beautiful medieval French town of Montluçon, Mr Message likes to use natural materials from his neighborhood. Cherry wood from a nearby orchard, bamboo from a close lush green forest down the road of his workshop. Mr. Message has captured the gifts of nature and created beautiful, functional works of art.
