A beautiful freehand piece casting the silhouette of a calabash pipe.

Perfectly balanced this gem is lovingly crafted using exquisite briar. Tight birdseye grain is found along the long bending bottom to front panel. Bold striped grain decorates the sides. The two types of grain melt at the top of the wide rim. The edges of the pipe are defined yet soft, giving one the feeling of carrying something delicate and precious. A fine piece of work by Mr Neilson.
